1. Provider
The Service is provided by НЕКСУВОУЛТ ЕООД, a company registered in Bulgaria with its registered office in Plovdiv, EIK 207967394, email legal@chernata.ai ("Provider", "we", "us").
2. Service
The Service includes access to educational content, a prompt library, AI co-pilots, and tools for working with generative AI models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gemini, etc.). The available features depend on the plan you select.
3. Account
You must be 18+ to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all activity carried out through your account.
4. Payments, subscriptions, refunds
Paid plans are processed via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next period. We offer a 14-day unconditional refund window on your first purchase under Bulgarian and EU consumer-protection law. Credit packs are non-refundable once more than 10% of credits have been used.
5. Acceptable use
You may not: (a) scrape or automate the Service outside the UI; (b) resell content without written permission; (c) generate material that violates law, third-party rights, or the policies of integrated AI providers.
6. Intellectual property
All editorial content, playbooks, codebase, and design remain the Provider's property. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your work. Your own prompts and AI- generated outputs remain yours, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
7. AI output and liability
AI model outputs are provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies. The Provider is not liable for decisions you make based on AI-generated content. Always verify critical facts.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page or by writing to privacy@chernata.ai. We may terminate access for material breach after notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you in the last 12 months. We do not exclude liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are resolved by the competent Bulgarian court. As a consumer you also have access to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Changes
For material changes, we will notify you by email and in-product at least 14 days in advance. The version and effective date appear at the top of this document.
